How fast can you start?
Usually within a week of scope sign-off, often sooner for smaller projects. For ongoing retainer work, we can typically onboard within a few days.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Confidentiality is the default on every project. Send yours over with the inquiry or we'll provide ours.
What's your pricing model?
Fixed-fee for scoped deliverables, hourly for exploratory or evolving work, monthly retainer for ongoing BIM support. We'll recommend the right structure based on your project.
Do you travel for drone work?
South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia are our standard service area. Travel beyond is available on request with reasonable notice.
What software do you work in?
Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and Dynamo for BIM and drafting. Pix4D and RealityCapture for drone processing. We plug into ACC, BIM 360, ProCore, and Bluebeam for collaboration.
Can you handle rush projects?
