Functional drone data. Not just flyovers.
FAA Part 107 certified, OSHA 30 trained, and insured drone operators serving South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. We specialize in data that ends up in reports, claims, and design documents.
What we fly for
Photogrammetry & Aerial Mapping
Georeferenced orthomosaics, point clouds, and textured 3D meshes for site documentation, design handoff, and quantitative analysis. The same data feeds our scan-to-BIM workflow when existing conditions need to land in a Revit model. Pre-construction topography, post-storm damage assessment, and stockpile or earthwork volume calculations.
- Georeferenced orthomosaic mapping, tiled for GIS or CAD overlay
- Dense point clouds (LAS/LAZ) compatible with Revit and ReCap
- Textured 3D mesh (OBJ / GLB / PLY) for visualization and review
- Stockpile, cut/fill, and period-over-period volume analysis
Thermal Building & Roof Inspections
Radiometric thermal imaging to find moisture intrusion, missing insulation, electrical hot spots, and failing solar panels, without scaffolding, lifts, or tearing into the building. Faster, safer, and often more thorough than traditional inspection methods. Used by property managers, roofing contractors, insurance adjusters, and facility owners across SC, NC, and GA.
- Roof moisture detection on flat and low-slope systems
- Building envelope surveys for insulation and air leakage
- Electrical switchgear, transformer, and substation hot spot detection
- Solar panel inspections for failed cells and underperforming modules
- Annotated radiometric reports with temperature data
Construction Progress Documentation
Scheduled aerial flights to document construction progress over time. Owners, GCs, and lenders use the data for monthly draw documentation, schedule verification, and dispute prevention. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules with consistent flight paths so your time-series imagery actually compares apples to apples.
- Recurring flight schedules matched to your project cadence
- Consistent waypoints and altitudes for direct comparison
- Time-series deliverables including side-by-side comparisons and orthos
- Aerial evidence to support payment applications and lender draws
SAR Support for Agencies & Teams
We're available as a drone contractor to law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and organized search & rescue teams operating in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Thermal-equipped aircraft, Part 107 certified pilots, and operational discipline to integrate into established incident command.
- Thermal-equipped aircraft for low-light, dawn, and dusk operations
- Part 107 certified pilots with night ops and operations-over-people training
- We deploy under your IC structure, comms, and operational picture
- Coverage across SC, NC, and GA, pre-arrangement strongly recommended
We operate under agency direction within established incident command structure, as a force multiplier for trained SAR personnel, not as a replacement for official SAR resources. We do not respond directly to lost-person calls from the public. Route those through your local 911 or sheriff's office.
Thermal Drone Lost Pet Recovery
Thermal drones are remarkably effective at locating lost animals at dawn and dusk, when the temperature difference between the ground and a warm body makes pets stand out clearly on thermal imagery. We'll fly your property and the surrounding area to help bring them home. This is a real and growing service, and one we genuinely care about doing well.
- Dawn and dusk thermal flights for best detection conditions
- Property and surrounding area search based on last-known location
- Same-day response when our schedule allows, time matters with lost pets
- Coverage in SC, NC, and GA, travel beyond on request
